Meet Jesse
Jesse Gutierrez has been knocking down walls on behalf of real estate clients since 1992. He sees obstacles as opportunities and believes that impossible barriers and dead-ends shouldn’t be the norm when buying and selling property.
It starts with listening to clients’ needs and wants and then strategically navigating the possibilities with a rare love for details. His expertise on trends, rehab projects, investments, and financing gives buyers and sellers a confident and creative edge.
Consistently ranked among the top 10% of agents nationwide, Jesse is respected by both colleagues and rivals as a standard-bearer of integrity. His passion for elevating real estate practices leads him to serve the community where he is raising his young daughter, Addison. He currently is San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year”, the Past President for the San Mateo County Board of REALTORS®, is a Regional Director with the California Association of REALTORS®, a Director with the National Association of REALTORS®, and recently finished a 6-year term with the City of San Carlos Planning Commission. He is currently the Chairman of MLSListings.com, the 17,000-member multiple listing service representing five counties.
After a successful run with top-tier brokerages throughout the peninsula, he launched his own boutique firm Vision Real Estate in 2003. After taking a few months off in 2015, after the birth of his daughter, he took over the reins of a local powerhouse brokerage Today Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Having led this local brokerage with 3 locations, 100 plus agents, 12 full time staff members through record sales of $1.1 Billion annually, Jesse decided to go back to his love of running his local boutique brokerage, Vision Real Estate.
All of this means that Jesse’s work on your behalf is already years in the making.
